Chairs are the highest-quantity items in most restaurant packages and the first to show wear. The range below is deliberately short: four designs that pair with the booth system and cover dining, flexible and bar seating.
Seat heights and pairing

Built for daily use
Frames are steel or solid hardwood with welded or glued-and-screwed joints, seats are high-resilience foam, and covers are contract upholstery or coated fabrics chosen for cleanability. Glides are specified to the floor finish of each store format - felt for timber, nylon or PTFE for tile and polished concrete.
Repeat orders and spares
Chairs are where attic stock pays off. We recommend holding 3-5 percent spare chairs per format at a regional location, plus spare seat pads for designs with removable seats. Reorders are made to the same revision, finish codes and reference sample, so a replacement chair delivered a year later matches the dining room.
