The Ply-Back Oak Chair is a straightforward wood side chair: solid oak legs and rails, a broad shaped plywood back with a soft scoop along its lower edge, and a padded seat in green vinyl. It reads clean in photos and sits easily in most casual brand interiors.
Construction. Solid oak legs, back posts and seat rails, glued and screwed with corner blocks; molded plywood back in oak veneer; seat on a plywood base with high-resilience foam and contract vinyl; side stretchers between the legs; natural PU lacquer.
In the program. The back shape, oak tone and seat color are fixed per program revision. Because the seat is a drop-in pad, a store manager can replace a damaged seat without returning the chair.
Rollout notes. Chairs ship assembled and wrapped, in cartons labelled by store, zone and quantity. For large openings we pack chairs by zone so contractors can stage them straight to the floor.
Where it works. Casual dining and fast casual chains, cafe-bakery formats and family concepts. Pairs with both the round and square column tables and with booth runs opposite.
Options managed as revisions. Seat cover and color, oak finish or stain, glides. Foam specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
