The Lounge-Arm Program Chair is the softer seat in a chain's package: a low armchair for lounge corners, bar-side seating and waiting areas. A slim black frame with flat arm rails holds a thick green upholstered seat and a loose back cushion that folds over the top rail, so the chair looks relaxed while the frame stays crisp.
Construction. Black-finished frame with tapered legs and flat arm rails; seat in high-resilience foam on a plywood base; back cushion upholstered separately and secured over the back rail; woven contract fabric shown.
In the program. The cushion is a separate item with its own code, so worn back cushions can be replaced across a region without replacing chairs. Fabric, frame finish and cushion fill are locked in the program revision.
Rollout notes. Chairs ship assembled with cushions bagged separately and labelled by store and position, so the cushion set stays with the right chairs at each opening.
Where it works. Lounge corners in casual dining and coffee chains, hotel restaurant lobbies, bar-side seating and waiting areas near the host stand. The arms help guests sit and stand, which suits waiting zones.
Options managed as revisions. Fabric or vinyl and color, frame finish, glides. Foam specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request; for high-traffic stores a performance fabric or contract vinyl is the safer standard.
