A fully assembled booth ships mostly air. The FlatShip Booth separates the back from the seat box: they travel flat, stacked in their own cartons, and connect on site through an aluminum rail with bolts concealed under two round metal caps, one at each side.
What it changes. Packed height is roughly halved compared with an assembled booth of the same size, and more units fit in each container. The exact gain depends on the store kit mix, so we calculate packed volume per kit before you commit.
Construction. Hardwood and engineered-ply seat box and back, each a complete upholstered component; the connection rail is fixed in the factory so on-site assembly is two bolts per side. Standard geometry: 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat, 22 in (56 cm) depth, 39 in (100 cm) back.
Rollout notes. Backs and seats are labelled as matched pairs by store and position. The back can also be removed later for re-covering or to reach services behind.
